Ordering

The online store is open 24 hours a day, but may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods on www.danmarksdufte.dk and possess a valid payment card accepted by us. If you are under 18, you must have a legal basis to enter into an agreement with us.

By placing an order on www.danmarksdufte.dk, you make an offer to purchase the selected product under these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer, for example if your order contains multiple units of the same item. If your order includes several different products, we may partially accept the order and reject the remaining items. Any payments received will, of course, be refunded without fees.

We reserve the right to reject any purchase offer in the following situations, without liability:

  • Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified
  • Your order is placed with fraudulent intent or in connection with illegal activity
  • An unintended error occurs on www.danmarksdufte.dk (e.g. payment or pricing error)
  • We have reason to believe you are under 18 years old

We only accept offers made through www.danmarksdufte.dk. We do not process orders placed via email, letter, or fax.

It is your responsibility to enter correct contact information when placing an order. Due to data protection regulations, we do not have access to entered information after the order is placed and cannot be held responsible for input errors.

After completing a purchase, we offer the option to add items to your existing order via the “Add-on purchase” feature on the receipt page. You will then receive an updated order confirmation. This option is available until the add-on button is no longer clickable.


When Are You Bound by Your Order?

Before submitting your order, you can change all entered information, including delivery and payment details, and modify or remove items from your cart.

When you click “Approve and Pay,” the payment is processed and a receipt is displayed. At this point, you are bound by your offer. Please refer to the section on the right of withdrawal below.

The receipt titled “Thank you for your order” is an automatic confirmation that we have received your offer. It does not mean that your order has been accepted.

If we accept your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. The agreement is concluded once you receive this confirmation.


Language of the Agreement

The agreement can only be concluded in Danish.


Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within Denmark and the EU

Delivery time: 1–5 business days

Your order is shipped with GLS, DAO, or PostNord.

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, typically within 1–5 business days, though we cannot guarantee this. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

The payment will only be charged once your order has been shipped.


Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products cannot be exchanged or returned if the seal is broken or the product has been used.

However, we always do our best to help you find a satisfactory solution.


Warranty (Right to Complain)

You have a 24-month warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

This covers defects present at delivery or that appear within a reasonable time. Depending on the case, you may have the product repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

For cosmetic products, the warranty also applies for 24 months, but only in cases of defects (e.g. damaged or incorrect products).

The warranty does not apply if you simply dislike the scent, texture, or effect of the product.

If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible and within a reasonable time. Complaints made within two months are always considered timely.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop.

The period starts from the day you receive your order.

Return shipping costs must be paid by you.

You must notify us within 14 days of purchase and return the item within 14 days after notifying us.

Notification must be sent to kontakt@danmarksdufte.dk, clearly stating your intention to withdraw. You may also use our standard withdrawal form.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any agreement entered into under these Terms and Conditions is governed by Danish law.

Any dispute shall be settled by a competent court in Denmark.
